Earlier this year, we conduct Company Trip, aboard to Super Star Virgo, for 3 days 2 night trip.
During the trip, we organized recreation activity on the open deck. Winner team of the game will be receiving the cash price contributed by the Company. From the game, we narrow the gap of staffs and management and boost up the teamwork of our Company.

We conduct Anniversary Celebration for the Company, to enable Everlast’s member to share this special moments and enjoy the fruit of success. In the celebration party, we have teambuilding game, performance, barbeque etc, to unity all staffs.
On the day, we also present long service award to those staffs who work with Company, to acknowledge their contribution to Company.

In everlast, we treat our staffs alike our family members. Thus, we concern of staffs’ morale, health and safety. We constantly conduct morning Tool Box Meeting, Safety Briefing and exercise for the production team, to ensure all of our staffs have a good start early in the morning.
We believe that high morale and motivate our staffs towards safety concern and increase productivity, on the other hand, supervisor and staffs can establish rapport through exercise and sharing of safety and work concern.
We believe that persistent team building and job improvement task is a must towards the route of success.
